MadaLuxe Group, a luxury fashion distributor co-founded by Sandy Sholl and Adam Freede, opened on Wednesday its e-commerce website and its rst luxury off-price boutique at 100 Citadel Drive in Los Angeles.

Founded in 2010, MadaLuxe specializes in full-line and off-price luxury fashion and timepiece distribution and has been a partner to European companies. The American company’s retail sales today have surpassed $200 million.

MadaLuxe Vault, the new 3,000-square-foot off-price boutique offers designer handbags, eyewear, accessories and timepieces from European luxury brands, which are also available on the distributor’s e-commerce website. MadaLuxe will also donate a portion of its retail and e-commerce sales to World of Children to fund high-impact programs benetting the children of the world.

The company picked an opportune time to open its rst off-price store, as secondary market companies, consignment shops and clothing rental services like Rebag and Grailed open pop up and permanent locations and prepare for retail expansion.

“The MadaLuxe Vault concept has been created to attract a passionate consumer seeking authenticity, luxury expertise, quality and great value. Consumers now have a place to shop their favorite luxury brands in a sophisticated boutique setting,” said Sholl and Freede.

“Los Angeles is an ideal location for us to launch our rst store, and we are thrilled to bring on extensive retail talent as we look to build on this exciting new consumer shopping experience in the luxury off-price market in a variety of strategic real estate locations.”

In addition to launching e-commerce and opening its rst off-price boutique, MadaLuxe named Darin Skinner the Senior Vice President of Stores. Skinner joins the company from Guess, where he spent 20 years of his career, and will oversee the expansion of MadaLuxe Vault.
