Case Logistics

100% – The majority of MadaLuxe Group’s impact comes from their distributing and shipping of goods. As such, their company policy which supports the transition of inbound and outbound shipping to be transported via the lowest impact methods is key to reduce their transportation carbon emissions. On their journey, MadaLuxe Group has partnered with forward-thinking couriers, and is researching more innovative methods of transportation and digitisation of their entire operations.

79% – MadaLuxe’s The Jaunt, their direct-to-consumer e-commerce business, has undertaken extensive research on their packaging, THrough a formal assessment, they have reduced the environmental impact of this area within their business. By printing with water and soy-based inks, producing cardboard boxes from 90% post-consumer waste recycled material that are FSC certified, they are operating with sustainability front of mind. To help educate the consumer, they have included a QR code that can be scanned to find out details on their sustainability journey.

78% – As a distributor and warehouse operator, Health, Safety & Wellbeing is a material risk for MadaLuxe Group. Due to this they operate with a stringent health & safety policy that includes monthly training for all warehouse employees and senior management. MadaLuxe’s warehouse employees and senior management. MadaLuxe’s warehouse staffing agency, ACS Staffing, aslo documents risks and corrective actions to ensure they operate at the highest level.

60% – MadaLuxe has an extensive community involvement strategy that spans local culture, skill development, social investment and more. During the emergency humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, their family foundation, COmmonTerra, joined forces with Tivka to help successfully bring 300 children and their families out of Ukraine to Romania. The most recent activation partnered with Artolution, launching a large-scale mural project for children and teens in the underserved and marginalized community of Watts in South Los Angeles. They will be launching other programs, as well as ensuring long-term empowerment for the families of these communities.

Where Next?

MadaLuxe Group’s entire ethos is based around sustainability and making all decisions with this at the top of mind. While we have implemented some major changes within our organization, we’re big proponents of long-term impact through digitization, and technology to help mitigate the impacts of climate change.
